- 16 slices of Mola Halal Turkey Cold Meats
- 300 g couscous
- half a red spring onion
- 1 ripe red tomato
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh mint
- half a tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
- salt
- 1 pinch of ground cumin
- lemon juice (medium)
- 300 ml vegetable broth
- a few strands of saffron.

- Bring the broth to the boil with the cumin and saffron, add the couscous and cover. Leave on low heat for 3 minutes and turn off.
- Add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, stir and spread out on a tray to cool down quickly.
