Halal Chicken Brioche with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Mola Halal Chicken Cold Meats
  • 1 brioche-style bun
  • 60 g oyster mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • butter
  • cheese for melting

Preparation

  1. Wash the mushrooms and grill them with a small splash of oil.
  2. Cut the brioche in half into two equal portions.
  3. Toast the brioche and place the following inside: Cheese for melting, slices of Mola Halal chicken sausage as desired, pre-cooked mushrooms.
  4. Spread butter over the top of the brioche and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Bake until the bread is golden brown.
