- 380 g Mola Halal Turkey Cold Meats
- 2 eggs
- ground almonds
- 3 heaped tablespoons of chopped almonds
- 3 heaped tablespoons of chopped hazelnuts
- 3 heaped tablespoons of chopped walnuts
- 3 heaped tablespoons of oat bran.
- Sauce:
- 3 low-fat natural yoghurts
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 clove of garlic
- juice of half a lemon
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- half a small spring onion
- 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh coriander
- salt.

- Crush the garlic clove in a mortar with a pinch of salt until you obtain a paste.
- Add the oil, stir, and add the yoghurt, along with the mustard, lemon juice, coriander and finely chopped spring onion. Stir and add salt as desired.
