Who said nuggets couldn't be healthy? We're going to prove this to you with this recipe, a light and healthy reinvention of the American classic. With turkey cold Meats as the main ingredient and muesli to provide a crunchy coating (so necessary), it will become the star dish of your get-together with friends.

Ingredients

  • 380 g Mola Halal Turkey Cold Meats
  • 2 eggs
  • ground almonds
  • 3 heaped tablespoons of chopped almonds
  • 3 heaped tablespoons of chopped hazelnuts
  • 3 heaped tablespoons of chopped walnuts
  • 3 heaped tablespoons of oat bran.
  • Sauce:
  • 3 low-fat natural yoghurts
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • half a small spring onion
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh coriander
  • salt.

Preparation

  1. Crush the garlic clove in a mortar with a pinch of salt until you obtain a paste.
  2. Add the oil, stir, and add the yoghurt, along with the mustard, lemon juice, coriander and finely chopped spring onion. Stir and add salt as desired.
  3. Store in the refrigerator.
  4. Mix the nuts and bran in a bowl.
  5. Cut the Mola Halal Turkey Cold Meats into portions and coat with ground almonds until they cover all sides.
  6. Next, coat with beaten egg and then with the nuts.
  7. Repeat the process with all the portions of Mola Halal Turkey Cold Meats.
  8. Finished dish. Arrange the portions on a rack and bake at 180º C until the nuggets are golden brown. To finish, serve with the yoghurt sauce.
