  • straight courgettes
  • half a small leek
  • 1 spring onion
  • 120 g Mola Halal turkey chorizo
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 2 g salt
  • chives.

Preparation

  1. Wash the courgettes, cut into cylinders and, using a small baller, scoop out the flesh inside.
  2. Steam or cook in salted water until soft.
  3. Meanwhile, chop the leek and spring onion, add to a frying pan with the olive oil and sauté together with the courgettes' insides over a high heat, sautéing continuously.
  4. When the onion begins to turn transparent, add half of the chopped Mola Halal Turkey Chorizo ​​and remove from the heat when the ingredients are golden brown.
  5. Finished dish. Drain the cooked courgettes, fill with the hot vegetables and top each cylinder with a slice of Mola Halal Turkey Chorizo. Decorate with fresh chives.
