  • 200 g Mola Halal Turkey Salami
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 80 g black olives
  • 80 g green olives
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • sprigs of rosemary
  • thyme
  • oregano
  • 120 ml of extra virgin olive oil
  • flaked salt or fleur de sel.

  1. Wash and chop the tomatoes, mix together with the aromatic herbs and oil, and refrigerate for 24 hours.
