  • Dough:
  • 250 g flour
  • 125 ml water
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 10 g pressed yeast
  • 2 g salt.
  • Filling:
  • 100 g of Mola Halal turkey chorizo cut ​​into slices
  • half a bunch of wild asparagus
  • half an onion
  • half a small red pepper
  • 50 g grated Manchego cheese
  • 1 g salt.

Preparation

  1. For the dough, dissolve the yeast in the warm water and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Knead, cover and leave to stand.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180º.
  4. Once the dough has doubled in size, knead it again and roll into a very thin layer.
  5. Cut into rectangles and prick with a fork.
  6. Bake at 180º for 10 minutes and remove.
  7. Sauté the chopped vegetables in a pan with a little oil until they are soft and then season.
  8. Finished dish. Arrange the vegetables on the flat bread. Place a few slices of Mola Halal turkey chorizo on top. Finally, sprinkle with Manchego cheese, heat briefly in the oven and serve.
