Ingredients

  • Crepes:
  • 250 ml milk
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 egg.
  • Filling:
  • 200 g of Mola Halal turkey salami
  • a third of a courgette
  • half a yellow pepper
  • three quarters of a red onion
  • 40 ml olive oil.

Preparation

  1. Make a batter with the crepe ingredients.
  2. Spread a little of the batter evenly over the surface of a non-stick frying pan lightly coated with butter, brown on both sides and remove.
  3. Repeat the process until the batter is finished.
  4. In a frying pan, sauté the thinly sliced vegetables in the oil over medium-high heat until golden.
  5. Finished dish. Fill each crepe with vegetables and slices of Mola Halal turkey salami.
