- Crepes:
- 250 ml milk
- 30 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 100 g flour
- 1 egg.
- Filling:
- 200 g of Mola Halal turkey salami
- a third of a courgette
- half a yellow pepper
- three quarters of a red onion
- 40 ml olive oil.

- Make a batter with the crepe ingredients.
- Spread a little of the batter evenly over the surface of a non-stick frying pan lightly coated with butter, brown on both sides and remove.
- Repeat the process until the batter is finished.
