  • 200 g Halal Mola Turkey Cold Meats
  • 8 eggs
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 4 slices of toasted bread.

Preparation

  1. Grate the tomato (except for the skin), season and set aside with a tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. Toast the slices of bread and set aside.
  3. Chop the Halal Mola Turkey Cold Meats into small cubes, sauté in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil, remove and set aside.
  4. Beat every two eggs with a pinch of salt and ground pepper, and a portion of the sautéed Halal Mola Turkey Cold Meats.
  5. Heat a frying pan with a few drops of oil, pour the eggs into the pan and create an omelette, folding it over itself as it sets in the pan. Repeat the operation with the other omelettes.
  6. Serve each omelette accompanied by a few slices of bread and grated tomato.
