- 200g Mola Halal Chicken Cold Meats
- 8 slices wholemeal bread
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 large tomato
- mixed lettuce
- Tartar sauce
- 1 egg
- sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped gherkins
- 1 tablespoon chopped spring onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped capers
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- salt.

- Blend the egg with a blender and stir in the sunflower oil until you have a thick sauce. Add salt and vinegar and then blend again.
- Add the gherkins, capers, spring onion and dill to this sauce. Mix and set aside in the fridge.
- Finished dish. Slice the tomato and dice the hard-boiled eggs. Coat the bread with the tartar sauce and add the tomato, egg, a few selected lettuce leaves and the slices of Mola Halal Chicken Cold Meats.
