  • 200g Mola Halal Chicken Cold Meats
  • 8 slices wholemeal bread
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 large tomato
  • mixed lettuce
  • Tartar sauce
  • 1 egg
  • sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped gherkins
  • 1 tablespoon chopped spring onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped capers
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • salt.

Preparation

  1. Blend the egg with a blender and stir in the sunflower oil until you have a thick sauce. Add salt and vinegar and then blend again.
  2. Add the gherkins, capers, spring onion and dill to this sauce. Mix and set aside in the fridge.
  3. Finished dish. Slice the tomato and dice the hard-boiled eggs. Coat the bread with the tartar sauce and add the tomato, egg, a few selected lettuce leaves and the slices of Mola Halal Chicken Cold Meats.
