Ingredients

  • 120 g Mola Halal Turkey Cold Meats.
  • Crepes:
  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 g flour
  • 20 g butter
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 egg.
  • Cumberland sauce:
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 orange
  • 150 g red berry jam
  • 150 ml grape juice
  • half a teaspoon of chopped fresh ginger.

Preparation

  1. Chop the shallots and boil them in the grape juice together with the citrus juice and half of the shredded peel.
  2. Add the jam and ginger and cook over a low heat until you obtain a delicious sauce.
  3. If desired, leave the Mola Halal turkey cold meat slices to marinate in the sauce overnight.
  4. Create a batter with the crepe ingredients and brown the sides of each one on a non-stick pan.
  5. Finished dish. Place the Mola Halal turkey slices and a dab of sauce on each crepe, roll them up and cut them into pieces as desired. Serve with lettuce if desired.
