Ingredients
- 120 g Mola Halal Turkey Cold Meats.
- Crepes:
- 250 ml milk
- 100 g flour
- 20 g butter
- a pinch of salt
- 1 egg.
- Cumberland sauce:
- 1 shallot
- 1 lemon
- 1 orange
- 150 g red berry jam
- 150 ml grape juice
- half a teaspoon of chopped fresh ginger.

- Chop the shallots and boil them in the grape juice together with the citrus juice and half of the shredded peel.
- Add the jam and ginger and cook over a low heat until you obtain a delicious sauce.
- If desired, leave the Mola Halal turkey cold meat slices to marinate in the sauce overnight.
- Create a batter with the crepe ingredients and brown the sides of each one on a non-stick pan.
- Finished dish. Place the Mola Halal turkey slices and a dab of sauce on each crepe, roll them up and cut them into pieces as desired. Serve with lettuce if desired.
