  • 200 g flour
  • 50 g butter
  • 5 eggs
  • half a litre of milk
  • 1 small glass of water

Preparation

  1. Place the milk and water in a saucepan. Then add a pinch of salt.
  2. Place the saucepan on the hob and when it starts to boil, add the flour all at once and, with the heat on low, stir the mixture well.
  3. Turn up the heat and continue cooking until the mixture separates from the sides of the saucepan.
  4. Immediately remove the saucepan from the heat and wait for the mixture to cool.
  5. Now blend in the eggs, stirring constantly.
